The former Juventus star who is now back at his original club Real Madrid, took the liberty of taking a dig at Higuain.
While Juventus struggled to beat Sevilla in a 0-0 draw at home, Spanish international Morata, was integral in Real Madrid’s triumph over Sporting Lisbon in which he notched the winning goal in extra time.
Talking to Premium Sport,Morata had the following to say about his successor;
“Napoli spoke with my agent, but I would never have moved there, out of respect for Juventus fans”.
“I’m attached to Juventus, they’re my second family,”
“I hope that they can win every game, except when they play us.”
“I know they made a big offer for me in the summer, but Real chose to keep me, and I’m happy about that”.
