The international break brought success in the form of goals and good efforts for many of the Giallorossi players, and coming off of a solid victory over Juventus, let’s take a look at how the players on international duty performed.
Roma had 11 players called up to take the pitch for their respective nations, including Daniele De Rossi and Alessandro Florenzi for the Azzurri. In Europe, Edin Dzeko and Miralem Pjanic got the call for Bosnia & Herzegovina, Radja Nainggolan suited up for Belgium, Wojciech Szczesny and Norbert Gyomber got called up for the Polish and Slovak national teams respectively, as did Manolas for Greece.
The Giallorossi had a couple representatives in Africa as well, Mohamed Salah was electric for Egypt, and Gervinho got some time for the Ivory Coast.
In addition to them, Turkish international Salih Ucan got the call for his countries U-21 side.
