Empoli’s goalkeeper is currently on loan from Roma, and has had a superb season so far.
Lukasz Skorupski continues to prove that he is good value as he consistently performs well for Empoli in Serie A.
The Polish star put in an accomplished performance against his parent club as Empoli held Roma to a 0-0 draw.
Skorupski was discovered by Walter Sabatini while playing for Gornik Zabrze and had already played for the Poland’s Under 21 side.
Roma piped interest from a number of clubs, including Arsenal to nab him for 800k back in 2013.
According to Fabrizio Romano Roma are keeping an eye on his development with the possibility of Skorupski becoming a key player in the future.
The loan deal with Empoli also includes a renewal clause with Roma until 2021.
