Croatian star Nikola Kalinic has been linked to Tianjin Quanjian previously but Fiorentina rejected their initial bid.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Tianjin Quanjian are returning with a fresh bid for Fiorentina’s Nikola Kalinic.
It is being claimed that the Chinese club, currently being coached by Fabio Cannavaro, will submit an improved bid today for the striker. Initially, Tianjin Quanjian were testing the waters to see if Fiorentina would sell the striker under his release clause amount. Now, the Viola are reportedly willing to allow their number 9 to leave if the buy out clause is met.
Last month, the 28-year old supposedly accepted an offer to head Far East, but of course all parties involved downplayed any talks of a move out of Florence. With the window now open, Fiorentina would likely use the funds to reinvest into the squad should Cannavaro’s club come forth and meet Fiorentina’s demands.
