The goalkeeper is on the outer at Manchester City since Guardiola’s arrival and looks set to leave since being displaced.
As such the Joe Hart is looking to leave Manchester City, even the English Premier League and target a club that will give him first team football. The player has been linked to Torino, but it can now be confirmed that the club has submitted a bid for the England International.
Gianluca Petrachi has in fact confirmed their audacious loan bid to bring Joe Hart to Italy, as they wouldn’t be able to afford his transfer initially unless it is broken down into payments over a multiple year period.
Speaking to Sky Sport Italia:
“The goalkeeper is an idea we wanted to follow. If it’s Hart, then good, otherwise we will certainly be doing something on the market for that role,”
On the transfer saga surrounding Maksimovic, who has been absent from training for the past two weeks to force through a transfer
“Napoli really like Maksimovic, they made offers and counter-offers, now there are few days left and so it’s the moment of truth. Let’s see how much they like the player.
“We’ll see what to do, as it has to be a deal that makes everyone happy.”
Keep an eye on the final days of the transfer window as no doubt there will be some shocking last minute moves
