After failing in his bids to land Castro and Donsah, Torino Director Gianluca Petrachi has made an official offer to the Rosanero for Oscar Hiljemark for €2.5 million.
As requested by head coach, Sinsa Mihajlovic, Torino are still looking for a midfielder who can bring quality and quantity to their squad.
Torino want to offer a 3-year contract to the 25 year old ex-PSV player who has been struggling to cement his place in the team of late, having not played for Sicilian club since 18th December, making 15 appearances all together.
The Granata aren’t the only club who are in for Hiljemark. Atalanta and above all Dinamo Kiev have made contact, although Hiljemark is hesitant over a transfer to The Ukraine.
A move to Torino could suit all parties involved. However Hiljemark remains the Turin club’s third choice behind Lucas Castro, as Chievo’s valuation of the player is as much as €10 million and Bologna’s Godfred Donsah, with Roberto Donandoni, head coach of the Rossoblu who doesn’t went to sell the promising youngster.
