Surprisingly, after falling out of favor at Manchester City under newly appointed boss Pep Guardiola, Torino have been trying to negotiate an agreement that would take Joe Hart to the granata.
As previously stated, the once extremely relied upon goalkeeper for the Citizens, has turned out to be not so important anymore to Guardiola’s squad. Hart is currently looking for a new team and Torino could be a possible destination for the English ‘keeper.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, City are looking for a team to pay some of Hart’s €3.8m salary for the loan. Torino would not be able to match that amount of money for Hart however, they are still negotiating to try and strike a deal.
Sunderland look the more likely of teams to land Hart as they are more willing to pay close to all of Hart’s wages. The deal remains very complicated for Torino to pull off. There should be new contacts soon with more updates regarding a possible move for Hart to the Piemonte region of Italy.
