Hellas Verona have met with Olympique Lyonnais over the potential signing of their centre back, Lindsay Rose.
Experiencing a close to disasterous first half of the season, Verona are hoping to use the mercato as a way to stop the bleeding in their defensive third. According to Alfredo Pedulla, Verona met with Olympique Lyonnais yesterday to discuss the availability of French center-back Lindsay Rose.
Rose split his time this season between Lyon in Ligue 1 and Lyon II in the CFA, the 4th tier of the French football. However, appearances were few and far between. He has only made a combined 3 appearances in both leagues.
Although Fiorentina were said to be interested in him during the summer, at the moment, Verona lead the way for a potential deal. All will depend on if there will be any other suitors for the 23-year old center-back.
