The Hornets have swooped in for the French attacker.

Milan and Watford have reportedly found a total agreement for the transfer of M’Baye Niang.

Earlier in the day on Wednesday, Niang left the team hotel and was reportedly heading to the airport. Sources tell IFD his move to Watford is imminent.

After failed attempts to sign him by Genoa and West Ham, Watford have agreed on a loan to buy deal worth an initial €500,000 with a buyout fee at €18 million.

Niang is a player Walter Mazzarri really likes, and it will be yet another Serie A player to join the club since the Giampaolo Pozzo takeover of the club.
